Membership fee

An overview of the amfori membership fee amountscalculated based on a company’s annual turnover – is available on the amfori membership page. It will also be included as an attachment to your annual membership invoice

The annual membership fee is based on your company’s annual turnover, or the consolidated turnover of your company and its associated subsidiaries. 
To ensure accurate invoicing, all current members will be asked to provide proof of turnoverin September 2025. 

Yes. In 2021, the amfori Board of Directors decided that annual membership fee would be adapted in line with inflation, using the Belgian Health Index as the reference indicator. 

Based on the Belgian Health Index in 2024, which reached 3,24%, the Board has approved a 3% increase in the amfori membership fee for 2026. 

Membership invoices for 2026 will be issued in early 2026. Payment is due 30 days after the end of the month in which the invoice is sent. 

Once full payment is received, an official Confirmation of Participation (CoP) will be automatically issued and sent to your designated CoP contact.  

The CoP will cover the member and any subsidiaries registered on the amfori Sustainability Platform, where applicable.

Membership & resignation

No action is required. amfori membership is valid for an undetermined period. 

Membership continues unless the member resigns or is excluded as outlined in the amfori 2023 Bylaws (Articles 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3). 

You may resign at any time. According to Article 6.1 of the amfori 2023 Bylaws, written notice must be submitted by 30 September for the resignation to take effect on 1 January of the following year. 

Resignation notice received after this date will take effect the year after. 

Please send your resignation—signed by a legally authorised representative—via email or letter to: ar@amfori.org. 

Article 6.1. “Members are free to resign from the Association at all times by giving written notice to the Association at least by 30 September of each year. If the Member’s resignation notice is received later, their resignation shall be deemed to take effect on 1st January of the following year. The Association will acknowledge receipt when it is received within 2 weeks. 

No. While your membership fee grants access to all amfori solutions, you are not obligated to use them all. We encourage you to explore the available tools and reach out if you’d like more information. Contact your local amfori Network Representative or the amfori Membership team at info@amfori.org.

Company and contact information update

Please communicate any change in relation to finance (change of turnover, contact update, name/address change, resignation, bankruptcy), to AR@amfori.org.

If you wish to change the primary contact, please contact info@amfori.org and provide the full name, e-mail address and position of the new contact so we can update your company information in our membership database. In addition, please let us know if there is a new contact person for invoicing at your company.
