One year ago, amfori applied for The Consumer Goods Forum’s (CGF) Sustainable Supply Chain Initiative (SSCI) benchmarking to strengthen the credibility and transparency of amfori BSCI. Today, we are proud to announce that amfori BSCI is officially recognised as SSCI, a key milestone in our commitment to responsible business conduct. 

A rigorous process that drives continuous improvement 

Since submitting our application in January 2024, amfori has undergone a comprehensive and independent evaluation. This included a detailed self‑assessment, an expert review by a third‑party benchmarking body, office verification visits, and an open public consultation. Where corrective actions were recommended, we implemented them swiftly and fully. 

Achieving recognition is not only a validation of the robustness of amfori BSCI, it has also helped us refine and strengthen our approach, ensuring that it meets and exceeds global expectations for credible, trusted social compliance.
